Currently running every week and is open to anyone wanting to relieve stress or learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. It’s also a great chance to learn from some of the people who have been attending my Mindfulness classes for years.
Whether you’ve had lots of experience or simply want to know more everyone is welcome in this caring and inclusive environment. It always touches me how considerate and caring people are when attending this class, with each person given the space to get what they need out of our hour together. There’s no need to share intimate details about your life if you don’t want to.
