Class Description

Attended by many people in their 60’s 70’s and 80’s. Carefully designed to suit a variety of fitness levels or even people recovering from injuries. Open to people of all ages and abilities. Working on your Flexibility, Posture, Strength, Core Strength and Fitness. It includes a relaxation at the end. Many people have overcome injuries and now feel years younger with this class.
