This class is suitable for over 60’s or those looking for a gentler fitness experience. Focusing on Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Posture, Injury Prevention, Building Stamina and Stress Relief.
This class starts with a gentle warm up to get our bodies moving. The main core of the class will involve a Circuit using equipment e.g. Stepper, Rower, Exercise Bike and Swiss Balls. Alternative exercises can be given if you have an injury etc. We then conclude with a stretch and relaxation exercise. A great way to give your body and mind some gentle care.
These classes have been known to help people feel better overall, lift mood and increase a general sense of wellbeing. Clients often comment how these classes have helped to reduced stress and anxiety levels, help them build confidence, self esteem and find new friendships. Some clients have even recovered from old injuries and gained relief from back problems and arthritis.
