He works with those wishing to lose weight, people recovering from injuries, athletes who wish to push themselves further and even more importantly those who just want to feel better in themselves. Jon truly believes that you have all tools you need to feel motivated and make changes that will last a life time, his job is simply to bring it out of you. With an ability to think outside the box, Jon can help you start to think of yourself in a whole new way and see your body and overall health improve as a result.
