This class is a hybrid of Mindful Core and Functional Fit. Catering to those wanting a way of working on their bodies Strength, Posture, Flexibility and Fitness.
It involves a gentle warm up, often gentle but effective core exercises, has a circuit style set of exercises in the middle and concludes with a thorough stretch and a Meditation Exercise. At these challenging times this one really ticks all the boxes by helping you to feel physically and mentally well.
