A very gentle approach to exercise with a big emphasis on injury prevention, building stamina, flexibility, posture and core. If you feel like your fitness level is not at it’s best at the moment this could be a good class to start with, and as your confidence and fitness improves you can join us for Thursday’s moderate intensity class.
This class starts with a gentle warm up, involving between 8 and 10 circuit exercises that we do in pairs. Alternative exercises can be given if you have an injury etc. We then conclude with a stretch and relaxation exercise. A great way to give your body and mind some gentle care.
