Class Description

A Circuit class that you can take at your own pace where we’ll go through around 10 exercises that will alternate between, upper body, lower body and core so your muscles get the rest they need while your lungs continue to work. We have a little rest between our minute intervals and if you’d like any exercise to be made easier or harder I can help you out.

We sometimes throw a bit of group boxercise in to keep your body guessing. With a thorough warm up and cool down you’ll be sure to care for your body whilst challenging it to adapt in a positive way. Strength, Fitness, Core and Flexibility can all be attained. (See Reviews)
