In this fast paced world Mindfulness can help to relieve many issues such as STRESS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, CONSTANT WORRY and helps to REIGNITE your INNER JOY!

Although some may think Mindfulness is quite a new concept it has actually been practiced all over the world for thousands of years.  It is not a religion or something you need to believe in, it’s simply a wiser way to approach your day to day life, one that can bring joy back into everything you do.  It’s simpler than you might think and doesn’t involve endlessly analysing the story of your life or sharing personal things.

Over time, mindfulness brings about long-term changes in mood and levels of happiness and wellbeing. Scientific studies have shown that mindfulness not only prevents depression, but it also positively affects the brain patterns underlying day-to-day anxiety, stress and irritability so that when they arise, they dissolve away again more easily. Other studies have shown that regular meditators see their doctors less often and spend fewer days in hospital. Memory improves, creativity increases and reaction times become faster.

Although Mindfulness forms the foundation, Jon’s sessions are much more than that.  In a one to one session Jon will allow you the time, space and guidance to be here now and address your old worn out habits of thinking and behaviour that no longer serve you.

Jon is a Mental Health First Aider, he can listen, reassure and respond to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and psychosis.

Mindfulness and Personal Training can be done separately or combined to suit the needs of the client
